Die 27jährige Schauspielerin sagte am Samstag, den 18. Oktober 2014 JA zu ihrem langjährigen Freund Joe King (34), der Mitglied der Band „The Fray“ ist.

Für Candice ist es die erste Hochzeit, während Joe schon einmal verheiratet war und Vater von zwei Töchtern ist.

Viele ihrer Vampire Diaries Kollegen kamen zu dem großen Fest. Unter anderem Paul Wesley, Michael Trevino, Claire Holt, Kat Graham und Kayla Ewell, die eine ihrer Brautjungfern war.
